TopPicks for Safari adds a way to fast access your Top and most used Bookmarks as visual Tiles with website Previews as a speed dial Wall on demand.
TopPicks for Safari is not another app that you have to keep open and switch to access your Bookmarks, it's a Safari Extension that includes silently into Safari itself and waits for your request for it, it opens its Picker right in from of Safari and right where you are, if you want to, no need to leave your Browser to another Application, stay focused.
If you ever used Safari since Safari 4 and before Safari 14, you probably know about the TopSites feature, which was removed in Safari 14, TopPicks for Safari attempts to replace this by adding some of these functionalities back, with some features that were missing.
You can define 12 Bookmarks in the TopPicks Picker, these "Tiles" are persistent in place and position, so there is no drag around to rearrange, also you cannot add more than 12 at the current time.
But TopPicks will update its Preview Thumbnail each time you visited a Bookmark, you can even adjust and fine-tune the moment of this event to prevent blank areas, amiss images, or a damn login page instead of the Website you wanted as a Thumbnail (e.g. YouTube or Amazon Prime)
TopPicks for Safari is more efficient in your Hard-drive Space Usage, it takes only space it needs for its thumbnails instead of storing dozen of Versions for a Website Thumbnail you probably never see again.
