An absolute disaster of an app. A LOT of fake reviews bought from India. Rediculous usability and an awful design. And they ask for way too much money for this quality.

MailButler is SO overpriced, unfortunately. Polymail is 100% free and does essentially the same job, or at least delivers the same tracking, snoozing, sending later etc. functionalities (the ones most of us want), for $0. If MailButler was reasonably priced, I would 100% jump over, since I would love to be able to use the (otherwise underwhelming) Apple Mail app. But at this price? pshhhhh no way.

Was lovely, until they removed the limited free actions to leave nothing left. Not paying for more than I ever need.

Perhaps the price is worth it for you. It’s not for me. Even with a 20% discount, it’s close to $70/year. When they had the sponsored actions, which allowed 60 actions a month, it was worth it. But now they’ve killed free actions altogether. As for functionality, the fact that it (unlike MailHub) will not connect with Apple Reminders makes the Task feature useless to me. On the other hand, if I was a business user and the money was worth it to me, the Snooze function is useful for, say, shipping notifications, so it will pop back up so that I can see if the item arrived on time, and I still use the (still free) sending-delay function, so that I have an “undo” function if I mistakenly send the wrong thing to the wrong person.

Still the best working solution for the Mac. I tried Spark, Airmail and others. Always coming back.

Used to be an invaluable too adding some genuinely useful features to Apple's dependable but underwhelming Mail (notably the read receipt and delayed sending capabilities)... but become increasingly intrusive with frustrating levels of web-based functionality and an irritating tendency to try to sell, sell, sell... more, more, more... In the end I gave up, uninstalled it (despite having paid for a lifetime licence) and installed Spark instead...

Trying to "Snooze" one message and failing again. That's it - I'm cancelling it! Mailbutler doesn't work more than 50% of the time. It is completely unreliable for any business. I've had it on MBP15 2017 (Mojave) and now on MBP16 2019 (Catalina) is even worst. I did send numerous emails and done troubleshooting numerous times but nothing changed for the entire year. Actually, it got worst. This is a great idea with a very disappointing execution.

If you have Apple Mail, this is a priority 'upgrade' you can make to make your Apple Mail more useful. This Apple Mail plug-in has come of age. They have just added a major feature called 'sidebar' so you can control and monitor your email notes and reminders - available for ALL users - free and paid subscribers. How good is that! Plus all the other useful features such as attachment missing reminder, delay send, etc etc. One of the best Mail plug-ins available today.

Very expensive for an individual businessman in EU, i was paying 10 euros per month, when in the same time my Netflix subscription is 13 euros!! If the cost it was about 5 euros per month it could be a usfull application.

I totally see the value and like the application. It's been a bit of a life saver, but if you are running a company and trying to get your employees set up too the customer service is the worst. Part of the issue is they are in Germany, so there is definitely a bit of a language issue as they do not answer your questions directly. Something that should take maybe 15 minutes to solve ends up taking 4 - 5 days with a constant volleying of emails. As mentioned, like the app. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Very happy that I have Mailbutler. I can schedule emails to go out whenever I want. If I have a new idea late at night, I can compose an email to a client or staff... and schedule it to go out the next morning. I have an awesome and professional email footer now. And, I can snooze my less important emails to come back in a few hours, tomorrow, or next week. Installation was easy, and it integrates right into Apple Mail. This is email how it should be.

Send Later WITHOUT having to be online IS THE BOMB! Thanks to the whole Mailbutler team for making that possible. This app is more like a plug-in (in a very good way). Its seamless integration with macOS Mail and other useful features like Undo Send, make it an essential tool for email management, on a personal or a business level. I have been using Mailbutler for free for a year or so and their customer service is outstanding (yes, even if you are not paying anything). That made me realize it's worth to upgrade to a yearly plan, and I just did. :)

Very helpful app. Before Mailbutler, my messages would frequently get stuck at the bottom of my recipients' inboxes. Now I can schedule at times when I know my message will rise to the top. It's terrific to be able to tag messages with comments and prioritize followup. Thanks for developing this app!

This is a very helpful app. The feature I am using most is the template email, I receive a lot of same or similar inquiries and I am now able to respond in one click. I am an educator using single-person paid version and finding it well worth it.
