There's nothing free about this. The download is a 10-day trial demo, after that it's $27 for a perpetual license or $10 per year subscription.
I really think MacUpdate should change how they list the price for apps. Free to download does not mean the app is free. This app should be listed as a demo because that's what it is. And indicating that it has in-app purchases doesn't cut it... that should be reserved for "additional" features that aren't included in the initial price.
I haven't tried this app, so it very well may be worth the $27, or it may be complete garbage. But I hate the bait-and-switch pricing technique, so I'm never going to buy it to find out.

Not working with any windows program I use on Parallels. Elster tax program for example. Tried on Mac Pro 3.0, Macbook 2.0, Macbook Pro 2.4, Mac OS 10.6.8 and 10.6.9. Would give 0 stars if possible. Don't waste zour time and money!
