FileMaker's Database Design Report gives a static view of individual FileMaker files. BaseElements gives an interactive view of an entire FileMaker solution (any number of files).
I've been using BaseElements since version 2.6 in 2009. It's a fabulous tool for my original FileMaker development and a godsend when working with a solution build by someone else.
BaseElements 4 supports both FileMaker 11 (fp7) and FileMaker 12 (fp12) files.
