Nothing to say against iTunes plugins, I downloaded the small zip-file which unfolded easily. Inside, you'll find the plugin plus a small readme text file. Installation is as easy as dropping the plugin into the iTunes plugins folder, however I'd expect this to be scripted if not available as a standard installer. That an "3" for "ease of use", as far as installation is concerned.

After an iTunes restart the plugin appears in the list. My iTunes crashed when I tried to change the color values in the plugin options, so I stopped trying that and gave it a "2" for stability. The plugin display is somewhat boring, surely it's just supposed to draw EQ bars on the screen, but it does it in a C64-ish way, with just some flickering box frames. No OpenGL, no colorful experience, no innovative ideas... hat's why I gave it a "2" for "value". Since you can't do much more with it, it's got a "2" for features, too.

All in all, it's kinda useless, unless you like to stare at some dancing grey boxes. Personally, I don't.

seems like a bug with stuff it expander or finder... I have this as well... after expanding the sit file the folder is empty... drop any file ie the sit file into the folder, and all included files will become visible...

Why does this plugin continuously dump fps reports to my console.log? It looks like a cool visualizer, but I don't like things that use console.log as a dumping ground. It should hit the hard drive unless needed.

I really have to say that this is my favorite visualizer, and I've only just now downloaded it and seen it in action... once... thats it. The fact that i can customize the decay and amount of visible bars is what really makes this little gem shine. Also, big kudos for including the nice scrolling track name and extra info... well thought out.

This really strikes me as an original plugin that shows great promise. I heard a comment about color, if you choose to do so, please keep it customizable as well so i can always keep the nice black on white.

Big Props.

This is a very cool tricked out and flexible spectrum analyzer. You get to customize it's look, except for the color. (hint, hint) Very nice and best of all, it's free!
