What’s new in version 2.2.0
- Introducing Boom 3D Headphone EQ: We have added support for the automatic headphone equalization of over 5000 models of headphones. This will automatically compensate for imperfections in the headphones’ sound reproduction.
- Always show all EQ bands in Advanced Mode: Certain frequency bands of the equalizer would be hidden unless hovered upon with the cursor. We have now changed this to ensure that all the frequency bands are always visible.

Bought it a little over a year ago, had all sorts of issues (I'd even asked for a refund, to no avail, never got an answer).. But I decided to give a try again today seeing this update.. and have used it all day, no issue, works great both with my speakers and my headphones which the app has a profile for.

Boom v2.0.2 is out. FYI: When the Boom 3D app tried to announce its update, the entire sound system on my MacBook Air M1 with Ventura 13.6 went into whacked mode as well as kicking the Finder into sit&spin mode. I had to do a Shut Down, app-by-app, then reboot. When Boom 3D ran again, the v2.0.2 announcement and update were flawless. Odd.
