This is a bug, and a tip for users:
When there is a long quote, which requires a scroll bar, make sure to scroll back up before leaving the dashboard. If this is kept scrolled down, you may see textless windows. It seems the widget remembers where you scrolled to, and doesn't default to the 'top' position.

Several of these appear every time the widget tries to load a quote. Also, I'm not too fond of the bloated-looking window, but that's just personal preference. I wish I didn't delete the previous version.
