the idea is fantastic, I've been a subscriber. Due to their business model, I am not using the software. From my point of view, because the developer is forcing me not to use their software, I would give zero stars, yet they deserve at least 2 stars just for the fact that software is above all similar software.

Doesn't deserve bad rating unless you have a specific problem but you didn't mention what.. The app and website and extensions work flawlessly. For the price of free he offers quite a bit. Some other services make you pay for some of the stuff he offers included.
