I am also using the same tool as this tool its called AceThinker Fone Keeper. I was able to recovery some lost data from my iPhone. Based on the comment below I think the tool I am using now is more effective. But I am hoping that you can refund their money back. Thank you,.

The iMyphone umate pro refund policy is a fraud. It works only if the program presents technical problems. If you are unsatisfied or disapointed with your purchase. Sorry!. They got you money and no refund. Dont believe that the program is great because it is just more of the same. A fraud!! I lost my money and time.

They are a con company they offer me a part refund. When they could not get into my locked phone. When in 2hours off buying this product I cancel. This his one company that’s take your money, and you can kiss it good buy. I lost my son so I wanted to open his phone to get photos off phone . Thanks to this company I lost hope

The software appears to have stopped working with my Mac (MB Air 10.12.4 Sierra) and iPhone 6S (64GB). Umate reports 11GB free on phone, while my phone says 28GB free When I try to clean Temporary Files (reported as 2.3GB), it takes more than an hour and at the end, Umate reports there are stilll 2.3GB of files to delete - ie nothing happened. Same for Junk files (Umate reports 12MB), runs then says still have 12MB remaining. Not impressed that the software that I purchased no longer works.

My phone was practically full, and I knew the bulk of the problem lied in 'Other' data on my phone... When I download this app & ran it, it calmed it would save > 8 GB on my phone by deleting temp files. I paid the $30, ran the app and then got the result... 53.42 MB was cleared out. I ran the app again and it is now saying I have 0 GB of temp files on my device, so somehow 8 GB translated to 50 MB when actually executed... $30 for 50 MB is not much of a deal.

The trial version for 3.1 downloader is damaged and will not install. I am on a Mac, 10.10.5. I have to rate this to leave a review- I am giving it at .5 for that reason. I will update this once I receive a reply w/ a fix.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY It said I could GB's on my phone by uninstalling Apps and deleting Photos, but these need to be on my device :( Seriously use the tools built into the settings on your iPhone to see where the space is used and manually delete apps you don't need any more and archive photos to iCloud, Dropbox or home computer that you don't need on your iPhone any more.

I want to install Lifeline on my iPhone 6 but it says stroage full. I check my usage and found the photos and apps take up the most of storage. This software can do photo compression and app management and save 1.9GB space for me.

Well, this program really can save iPhone space. And the interface is enough simple for new users to use. I don't understand why some people judge this program by the location of the developer?

I have too many photos, apps and music and don't want to remove them from my phone, obviously my iPhone space was almost full quickly, so I used iMyfone Umate to free up space on iphone and it helped me to release space with easy steps. Thank you.
