At least some features do not work and customer support seems to be non-existent.

It doesn't have the promised features:
No network optimizing
No bootable backup
No share-points
No firewall
It is just a cache cleaner!

Please look around the net for reviews before buying. Amazon and others have them. Unless something has changed drastically with this program you may want to heed the reviews.

"Please download your fully licensed version of the application from the URL provided as a registration code" What the heck does this mean?
you download an updater, there is no "registrations code." There is no read me.
You comments say no no no it is the full version, BUT the download pops you to yur MU page for the update.
A black page comes up saying NO IDENTIFIABLE PROMO, CONNOT CONTINUE."
YOU HAVE PROBLEMS
