Dynamic lyric presentation for worship leaders and churches.

Overview

Harmony is dynamic lyric presentation for worship leaders and churches. Harmony makes worship presentation effortless. It automatically scales to your projector's size and aspect ratio and takes the hassle out of set-up. Harmony delivers SongSelect importing, and nursery call for children that need to be picked up during the service.

It's innovations include: live search of your songs; a preview window for those occasions when you don't have a projector around; and motion lyrics with LyricDance. While supporting traditional video loop motion backgrounds, Harmony goes one step further by offering continuously animated backgrounds (Quartz Compositions) for a truly unique look to your presentation.

Other features include:

  • Playing movies and displaying still images
  • Displaying verses from the Holy Bible
  • A great song editor that makes it easy to add, remove and change your songs

What's new in Harmony

Version 3.1.11:
  • Support for macOS 10.12 Sierra

Definitely a good start on a very promising piece of software. I realise that its only version 1 so there is room for lots of improvement! A few things that I feel need to be fixed before it becomes a truly amazing piece of software, and is also what would stop me from purchasing are: Currently no way, that I can find, to edit what information is shown on the screens, such as artist, song title etc. Need an easy option to import songs from SongSelect Need a slightly nicer way to change between verses, rather then just pushing the play button. i.e. just pushing the left/right or up/down keys I definitely like the ability to play videos from within the program itself, however, it does cut of the first few seconds of the video when playing. Also, on this, I doesn't seem to support all files that quicktime can. I tried playing an mp4 in it, but for some reason it wouldn't even show in the media library. The last thing, that I can think of right now, is that it needs support for the importing of powerpoint or keynote files. And then the ability to use the left/right or up/down keys to navigate this so then a remote can also be used from a speaker. Like I said, this program is in its early days so has huge potential. Lets hope these features/wishlist can be added and I will definitely be a purchaser!

Hi, this is Fraser Hess, the developer of Harmony. I'd like to take a moment address some of Jahwarrior's concerns. First, on the editing of what is shown on the screen, I followed the CCLI license agreement for what they expect which is why it can't be edited by the end-user. On my part, it's an attempt to make life easier by programming this in rather than making a customer look up what's required by CCLI and then setting it themselves. It does have SongSelect importer. It can be found in the File menu. I wish I could have programmed an easier option but CCLI does not offer any flexible APIs so we have to use their web interface and extract the data. If you're looking for an easier way to change between verses, try this: With the service outline in focus, up and down arrow keys will move the selected item up and down; right and left arrow keys will expand and collapse songs; and the Enter key "plays" the current item. I must say I haven't seen the "cut off the first few seconds" problem with videos, but I'm willing to look into it. If you have a specific clip that you have problems with, email it to support at sweeterrhythm dot com. And yes, additional formats will be added in version 1.1 Thanks for the feedback. I hope my response has been helpful.
