Global Delight has several fine products that positively enhance the macOS experience. Their website is great and they obviously support a large number of staff. However, that's where the good news story ends.
Support is atrocious. Their friendly robot answers a support e-mail quickly and gushingly. However, that's where it ends. When an issue is reported, it takes several attempts to even get a real person to acknowledge it. At the moment, since the release of macOS 14.3ß1, crashes on startup and still crashes on the ß2 release issued today. For me that 21 days without Capto and no fix in sight. I know that I am running official ß updates but that's up to me and of course, finding bugs is helpful to everyone. It's Global Delights' job to immediately fix problems for their paying customers. I hope they get the message because there's no better product than Capto
