Folx Pro overview
Folx combines two functionalities - of download manager and torrent client. It makes downloading extremely easy: just open the page with the file to be downloaded, click the link in your browser, and Folx will start the download for you. Its auto-resume option comes handy when the downloading gets interrupted. You can also assign a tag or a few to the downloaded content for accurate and easy search through the downloaded files.
There are many basic features included in the free trial. However, the Pro version brings such handy features as splitting the downloads in up to 20 threads which speeds up the download process; scheduling the download tasks according to your convenience; smart speed adjustment option (download speed will be adjusted automatically whenever you need to use Internet traffic to run other applications), iTunes integration, searching the web for torrents directly from Folx and password manager.
Please, note that this version of Folx does not support downloading videos from YouTube.

App does not have a native support Apple Silicon in 2023?! You should definitely put that on your website. Cause not a lot of users will agree to install Rosetta 2 just for your app.

This app couldn’t download torrent files to either my NAS or my media server. Every file was corrupted although Folx Pro told me otherwise. I had to download direct to my Mac’s hard drive and then copy the file manually. I paid $23 + bucks for this and it can’t even do a job that simple. Also the search facility returns garbage. Tried to get a refund but just hoop after hoop until I gave up. I did a search and didn’t find one customer that successfully obtained a refund. I suggest you hang onto your money and avoid Folk Pro and the terrible service that comes with it.

Torrent search is TOTALLY useless. Never shows anything near what you asked for. Look elsewhere if you depend on the search feature. As a downloader, it works well.

Can you even down load anything without paying? I'm on free mode and can search for torrents but it keeps opening up the window for paid mode whenever I try to click download? What a waste if that's all you can do in free mode.
