Perfect APP clear 5 stars does everything as advertised

I agree with Mark, that the only problem with this application is the developer, who simply doesn't respond to any inquiry. I've written about 10 emails to him during the last years and not one of them has been answered (the last email was answered 4 years ago!). That's really a big problem. Nevertheless, this call manager is simply great and the most recent version does work almost perfectly with OS X Mountain Lion and also Mavericks. I really hope the developer will change his non-responsive behavior and I even more hope that he will continue to develop the software (the last update is already more than half a year old), which is much more powerful than any other Fritz!Box call manager (like Frizzix or others). Hopefully also the iPhone app will receive an update soon, which is currently crashing on launch if it is used with the current firmware of a Fritz!Box 7390... So, Dear Mr. Huehne from HOsy Software: Please do not let your customers down and log on again! This application is really worth to be further developed.

This software is a very good idea. The Only Problem is the Developer. So please take a look in the Apple Appstore and look for the comments there. here are dozen of people with Problems and the Developer is not responding. This softer is very long on the market and this behavior is, dad to say, common to this developer. sometimes he stops responding and supporting his software for more then one year. The current version is not compatible with the current firmware versions of AVM and it is not compatible with 10.9 Constant crashing

Now also working flawlessly with the forth-coming new Fritz firmware, which is still in beta (Labs). Great!

It's the best client who I ever found to making calls directly from my Mac for a long time now. Sadly in the past the developer stop the support for over an half year and shut down the support-board to on the project-page, but now he is back and push a lot of updates in the last months. You have no idea how happy I'm about this fact :-) And arround the support over Mail... I got an answer in a few minutes. OK, in the past who the dev. was going away, the support was not the best... It was not ok to let us users in the dark arround the future of this project. Anyway... It's back now and that's great.

Fantastic! I never thought, there will be an update to this software, but finally the developer fixed a lot of bugs and even added some features. Thank you! And please don´t let us wait 2 years again for the next update!

Sorry to tell but the service is without any support. and is full of trouble. The Owner is not willing to answer any Mail. there are some Rumors about a new version but as far as i see they are not true. It was a good application but without support. Better user Frizzix it is free and there is a very friendly support:-)

This Software is a must-have for all FritzBox owners. I really love it, when the little message box appears on my screen and show me what guy is calling, just before my telephone rings! iTunes stops, i have the call and when i hang up the phone, iTunes continues the playback. Really nice! The developer gives very good support and is thankful for new feature requests.
