I suggest you stay away if you ever expect to need support. I've been waiting for weeks for an answer to any of my emails.

I used it already when it was in beta (and free during the beta) and immediately got a licence when it made it to 1.0.
I was able to correct a number of issues with Spanning Tools. Since then, my MobileMe syncing is much smoother and weird warnings I was getting all went away.
The application is a real blessing for me.
I haven't seen problems with memory on my Mac (but I immediately updated to 1.0.1 when it came out).
I find it a bit pricey, but at the end, it saved me from so many headaches that I think it was well worth the price.

My biggest concern is, that at the end of the beta period the price will be ridiculous as with SpanningSync.
This is simply a helper: Very welcome, but nothing you cannot do yourself. So please please please keep the price tag reasonable!
PS: 3 stary in Stability simply because it is Beta. This cannot be rated correctly in my mind!

Wish it good delete duplicate numbers in the same card. Again nothing i can't do myself but if it could find duplicates on same card would be nice.
To the insane price of spanning sync, i disagree. It works well. And its only 20 dollars with a coupon. I have made money of spanning sync and it payed for itself rather quickly with referrals.
Free software is only free if your time is worth nothing,
And this software and spanningsync make my life so much easier
