YOU CAN'T ACCESS PHOTOS, MUSIC OR VIDEOS WITHOUT PURCHASING SEVERAL ADDITIONAL APPS.
This is hugely miss-leading since they make no mention of this in the description and the screen shot clearly lists Photos and iPod as accessible areas. In the actual app there are little asterisks by those icons, and once clicked on you are asked to download additional software.
I feel duped.

Those two icons show up because they are meant to be accessed by this way for owners of the music transfer software Tuneaid or the picture transfer tool Picsaid.
That said, although we don't even mention DiskAid is capable of copying music it is working, just go to Media/itunes_Control/Music and drag the contents of the enclosed folders to iTunes!

I recommend you to jailbreak.
Otherwise it's only a collection of electronic waste ...
The first thing I'll do with the iPhone 5 is to jailbreak it ...
