Great little app that extracts addresses in thousands of emails in minutes.

GeorgeOH had trouble on 12 Feb 2012

I just downloaded the Entourage Address Extractor, installed it on my MacBook Pro running OSX 10.6.8 and Microsoft Entourage 2004, paid and registered the app, and I get the following error message when clicking on the Entourage icon at the top or the refresh icon at the bottom:

AppleScript Error
"Can't make text 1 thru 3 of "" into type string. (-1700)"

No Entourage folders appear in the main window of the program.

The program does not work.

Please help me resolve this issue or give me a refund.
