ZoCalendar for Mac

ZoCalendar brings your Zoho CRM calendar to the Mac desktop. It combines CRM events, tasks, and calls in a calm native macOS interface, so CRM users can plan their day without switching between browser tabs.

The free version lets you connect Zoho CRM and view calendar events, open tasks, and calls. A built-in demo mode shows sample data without connecting a live CRM account, making it easy to explore the app safely.

ZoCalendar Premium adds direct editing workflows, including creating, editing, and deleting calendar events, editing tasks, and scheduling tasks into open calendar slots with drag and drop. MagicTask helps suggest fitting time slots and turn overdue work into a realistic daily plan.

ZoCalendar uses Zoho CRM OAuth with PKCE. No client secret is entered or stored by the user. CRM data stays connected to Zoho CRM and is used only for the calendar, task, and call experience.
