- Added support for vertical text recognition in Japanese, Chinese, and Korean languages on macOS Sonoma. Make sure to set the primary text recognition language to one of these languages in TextSniper settings to recognize vertical text.

In resetting User Prefs due to permissions issues I also deleted Text Sniper prefs. Now I can't reinstall it without emailing the developer, even though I have the original DMG and purchase receipt. Website offers no support for this issue. Poor support from developer.

Not quite sure how I feel about this company. I bought the product, thinking it had great promise. Found an issue and emailed them. NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
I'm not sure if I want to support a company that doesn't respond to its customers. I'm hoping someone working there has an explanation.
