What is Presentify for Mac
Presentify is a macOS menu bar app that helps you give better presentations by letting you annotate any screen, highlight your cursor, and more.
It is the perfect tool for recording tutorials, capturing screenshots, giving a demo or a presentation, working remotely, and the list goes on.
Features
Draw anywhere anytime
- You can draw on or annotate any screen you wish. Simply select `Annotate` from the menu bar and start scribbling.
- Auto erase your annotations. Perfect for emphasizing on something specific or explaining your thoughts.
- You can draw even when other applications are running in full-screen mode. Great for live presentations and during video calls when working remotely.
- Highlight your mouse pointer
- With Presentify you never have to keep moving your cursor to grab the attention of your audience.
- Change your highlight color and opacity.
- You can also choose to highlight only when you move your cursor/mouse.
Keyboard Shortcuts
- You can annotate, highlight cursor, change pen colors, and more from any app with simple keyboard shortcuts.
What's new in Presentify
Version 2.0:
New drawing shapes:
- Straight lines, Arrows, Rectangles, and Circles.
- Style rectangle and circles with a semi-transparent fill color
- A new screen showing all the annotate shortcuts
- Cursor view changes as per the selected shape
Undo/redo support:
- Do not worry about making mistakes while drawing, you can do unlimited undo/redo
- You can even redo after erasing all your drawings
- Drawings persist between sessions (with redo). So, you can now switch back and forth between annotation mode and normal mode
A close button in annotate controls panel:
- You do not have to click on the menu bar to exit annotation mode (helpful when annotating on iPad)

Only thing I'm missing is click effect like PinPoint.
That would make this app perfect.

This application is stunning, very convenient and helpful, it help me to annotate my screen over any app , highlights, cursor highlights and draw any arrows . etc . Very convenient for zoom lectures and presentations online and offline , this app made my work stands out , highly recommend it and works well with Catalina by the way .
