SysTools Office 365 Backup allows users to backup Office 365 mailbox items like (emails, contacts, calendars, etc.) into different file formats like PST, MSG, EML, EMLX, MBOX on any Mac OS X.
Features:
- Allows to save Office 365 contacts in VCF file format
- Download calendars in ICS for EMLX, EML & MBOX formats
- Facility to Apply Date Filters while archiving Office 365 emails
- Includes Folder option to backup selected Office 365 mailbox items
- Pause & Resume option is provided during Office 365 backup process
- Provides Incremental backup option to backup the newly arrived Office 365 items

I have used this above tool to create backup of my Office 365 backup. This tool is good to export Office 365 Mailbox to PST. Because of its simpler and interactive user interface, a non tech user can also execute this tool.

The best feature of Systools Mac Office 365 Backup Software is that it just has to
be set up once and then forgotten. Once you add it to your Office 365 accounts, it simply
performs the actions listed on the box. Drilling down is all that is required to retrieve a file
that has been destroyed. The ability to recover only one file rather than the entire directory is
a really helpful feature.

I was searching for a solution to backup Office 365 mails. There are few online solutions available in the market but I didn’t find any reliable solution for Mac users. Then my friend suggested this SysTools Office 365 Backup Software for mac users. I must say this is an all-rounder solution. Its facility to apply date filters while archiving Office 365 emails helped me a lot and I was able to complete my work on time. Thanks for this amazing solution.

My multiple Office 365 mac users' accounts need to be transferred to G Suite
safely, so I've been searching for a tool to do that. However, I wasn't able to find a suitable
tool for this task. It was only after downloading SysTools Mac Office 365 Backup tool from
MacUpdate that I noticed the difference.
There was a lot of value in this utility for me. Initially, I transferred only a few accounts from a
demo version, but the end result that I got convinced me to buy the full edition.
It is strongly recommended that you use this tool for the backup process of your Office 365
account.

I know that many products are available in the market and there are lots of features are supported in them but I have used a tool which helps me a lot in taking Backup of my Office 365 account which is securely saved in my local drive of Mac PC in MBOX file format.
