Build firewall configurations and policies.
Firewall Builder is a flexible and powerful tool that allows you to build firewall configurations and policies for multiple firewalls/machines based on iptables, ipfilter, OpenBSD pf, Cisco ASA and PIX, or Cisco FWSM. fwbuilder uses objects and functionality like drag-and-drop and search-and-replace to help ease configurations. You can install the fwbuilder on a separate machine and then either manually transfer the configurations or securely deploy via SSH or SCP.
Firewall Builder consists of an object-oriented GUI and a set of policy compilers for various firewall platforms. In Firewall Builder, a firewall policy is a set of rules, and each rule consists of abstract objects which represent real network objects and services (hosts, routers, firewalls, networks, protocols). Firewall Builder helps the user maintain a database of objects and allows policy editing using simple drag-and-drop operations.

I suggest that you go purchase a license here : http://www.fwbuilder.org/4.0/netcitadel/
And the source is freeware, now ill wait for you to fix the compile bugs on Mac and you can give it away for free. :)
1) The link provided in the reply by Bordeaux Group (Developer) has a "Download Free Trial" for version 4 for Mac OSX but it produced a 404 error "An error has been encountered in accessing this page"
Not much help there! and version 4 was updated around pre-2012?
2) Going directly to FirewallBuilder at www.fwbuilder.org takes you to Source Forge page https://sourceforge.net/projects/fwbuilder/files/Current_Packages/5.1.0/ showing the last modified version was three years old (2013-04-18)
3) Before spending some money, try to google something like "build mac os firewall"
You may find something like https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201642 or http://www.macworld.com/article/2940180/fire-up-your-macs-firewall.html or with step-by-step illustrations http://www.macinstruct.com/node/165 - last updated in 2011 but still works!!!
It gave the advice "There are several third-party firewall applications available for Macs, but we don't recommend that you purchase them. Mac OS X's firewall utilizes the same industry-standard UNIX technologies that are used to protect web servers."
Mac OS X's built-in firewall may not be as robust as this $60 app but it's FREE and may be good enough for the average folks. For the geeks, they already know how to dive into unix and fine tune the firewall. It's your money so it's your choice!
