Program has many good features, but jumping through hoops to get pre-sales support (like having to sign up for a forum) and they have other user act like complete know-it-all a-holes doesn't really convince me to purchase the program in spite of doing what I would like to accomplish. Also, some feature documentation is ridiculously poor or absent, which is why I needed the pre-sales support to answer the question.
Would have likely purchased it if it wasn't for the poor support, rude community and poor or absent documentation. I ended up purchasing multiple programs to accomplish what DMC would have done strictly on principle.

I like this program but it is much too expensive. I incidentally use such tools and then there are much free alternatives.
