Seems like a good if pricey convertor. I'd buy it for a more reasonable price as it does a few things rather nicely and a couple of things strangely.

Is anybody knows aniyhing about this new dsd compression feature? The file size is half of the original dsd. But what about the quality? Is this lossless? thx

Yeah, I think that $35 is expensive. What an odd question.
XACT and XLD are free, JRiver costs about the same and does the same thing plus many more things.

Tell me if I am wrong but xld and xact (that I use professionnaly to backup my recordings) can not work on DSD format

This is dreary. I'm a Y1 in IATSE and MPSE, so what.
XLD and XACT do not do DSD. River does and it does far more and costs the same. 35 bucks is too expensive for a one trick pony.
