MyBrushes is a wonderful paint program based on a former drawing application named Paintbrush. Paintbrush hadn't been updated for 5 years and was not compatible with most of the Mac operating system. It was time for a better paint program.

Seashore does the same things and Seashore is free and runs on High Sierra.
I also bought My Brushes which makes for a fair comparison.

This app is really buggy on 10.12 and lacks many features that other apps like ArtRage have. The developer also has been very naughty and gone to those other apps MacUpdate pages and given them 1 star reviews in hopes of making this app look better. In that spirit, Liliannaw9135, I am giving your app 1 star until you learn to play nice with other developers, who, in my opinion, are doing a better job with their apps than you are with this one.

Pixelmator is our main image editor but this is not bad. It's easy to use and above all very fun to experiment with. If they could make the userinterface more like Pixelmator (black windows) it would sure have my vote.
