AirPlayRecorder brings to Mac users the ability to save iTunes audio streams for offline playback. AirPlay Recorder is easy to use and appears as an AirPlay device in iTunes. Works perfectly in iTunes Radio. Completely stable. Embeds correct song/artist/album info as well as correct artwork, and skips recording of ads.

Works perfect for me. It's skipping too short tracks, like the ads.
