I played a little bit with this app and after some testing I purchased it. Sure, there are many css editors out there but I was looking for a nice app to play with existing sites and code. Many other tools are just too overwhelmed with features. I loved xyle scope and xpressive seems to be a perfect replacement. It's like Dev Tools with the additional option to save your changes - so no need to always copy code and paste it in a text editor. Some things do not work as I expected (e.g. I still could not find an easy way to add a selected element to a media query) so I can't give it a full 5 star rating. If you are looking for a tool to inspect existing code, make adjustments to the DOM and CSS and save your work, I can highly recommend it. If you are looking for an app to build your next website, I think there are better tools out there to get you started.

"Enter the new process of 'live' design with XPressive." Well, no… CSSEdit did this exceptionally years ago. Espresso does it ok, but not as good of an editor as CSSEdit was. Xpressive may be that CSSEdit replacement? Will have to download the trial and see.

really weird business politic more and more common : no try, just buy ! Sorry but, how interesting it can be, i won't spend 40€ without trying it before ! bad luck for them cause i don't think to be the only one in that case ... with this forcing business politic they only loose a lot of potential customers ... seems they don't need to sell their products ... next !
