This is how this program works: You enter a name of a movie, and the application then copies information about the movie from an online source, including genres.
1. There is no way to add your own genres. You are stuck with what the online source considers to be appropriate; and all genres are in English.
2. As a test, I entered the famous Swedish movie Jag är nyfiken, found it, but that movie had only the English title ("I am Curious"); and the fields for director, cast and genres were all empty. Since these fields are not editable, you can't enter the missing information yourself. So in Rottenwood this movie will forever have no director, no cast and no genre.
3. There is no way to export the database as text. If a friend asks you: What are the 10 best and 10 worst movies you have ever seen, you have no way to export the titles and comments and tell your friend.
4. There is no field for countries. So there is no way to look for all Swedish and Russian movies you have seen, for example.

My rating: 1/2
My verdict: Useless

Current version 1.2 ( Nov 2016 ) is not any better.

I am surprised that anyone would purchase this application even at $5.00 USA.

What a silly waste of time to keep track films you have seen or may want to see.
