Not free anymore. Now a $19 three-day trialware download.
Thankfully I don't have to view too many .CHM files anymore, so I'll be skipping this one.

Perfect decoding of chm files, clean interface, fast and stable. A very good app. Dev, please add pinch to zoom. I am currently using BetterTouchTool to map pinch in/out to Cmd+/-. But smooth, continuous zooming like preview will be cool.
