Yes, Keeper Security indeed filed an unprecedented DEFAMATION LAWSUIT in late 2017 against ArsTechnica and Dan Goodin after Goodin's article correctly pointed out vulnerabilities in Keeper:
https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4333677-Keeper-Security-Inc-v-Goodin-et-al.html The suit was DROPPED in 2018: https://reason.com/2018/04/02/keeper-loser-weeper/ This was nothing more than the ATTEMPTED INTIMIDATION of journalists whose "offense" was to TELL THE TRUTH about a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. Disgraceful and a good reason to let Keeper DIE. There are many good password managers out there -- I use 1Password, have reviewed it on MU -- any of which will serve you better than Keeper. -SB
