The program is simply a Business Card program, providing a series of templates to generate a business card. It works, but you can probably do it cheaper and better through professional printers (like Vistaprint), or using other programs like Pages.
The reason for the 2 star rating is primarily the total lack of product support. This company will NEVER respond to any support requests. Rumors are that they are bankrupt, yet still selling their software. You can get no response from anyone at the company. Their Blog hasn't been updated since 2013, so this is a company out of touch with its customers. For this reason alone, I will not purchase any more products from them.

Not sure the value of these business card programs since one can design and have printed professional business cards online for one-fifth the cost of this program (not including the cost of paper, ink, and printer cost overhead).

I will never buy another product from this company. I purchased their whole suite of products, mainly because I use a Palm. Found all of the programs buggy, hard to use, inconsistent in performance, and even the claim in one of the programs that it would soon have iCal and Address Book support - not of any quality it did not. Their support service matches their programs. I went through all their hoops to contact them - clearly they have no desire to speak with those who buy their product - and never heard a thing from them. Before they became SoHo they were a good company. I think they should now be known as HoHum. Bad service leads to non-returning customers, and I am one.
