I can't really comment on functionality. However, just so the developers are aware, based upon screenshots, the "tour" on the web site, and even testimonials posted on the product web site, I'd find it exceptionally difficult to spend $399 on a software package which appears to have the user interface designed by either a 10 year old or someone with absolutely no design skills at all. Seriously for $399 per sale you could hire a UI designer. Well, unless you aren't having any sales. App may function fantastically, I just couldn't bear to look at it regularly.
