I have also experienced total unresponsiveness from PRAETER with regard to licensing issues. It was easier to buy a new license - instant response! - than to get any reply to my questions about prior licensing from the developer. Go figure. But then again, I bought a new license. Just don't expect any after-sale support.

I used this for my tutoring sessions since it gave me instant ability to show what happens... until I upgraded my laptop and had to re-download the software. Not only was the old version unavailable, but my pass didn't work with the new one. When I bought I new SN through the paypal option, I never got it sent via email. Over 5 emails have gone unanswered by the developer... Bad business and a very unhappy customer.

We have no record of your name or emails regarding your purchase of Physics 101 SE. We send out the serial number and download for each PayPal order very quickly, usually within an hour or two. The developer has remedied the issue and all is well again. Thanks to the folks at Praeter for getting me back to my tutoring and creating this really wonderful program. Server issues is what was preventing them from supporting and that is understandable.

I had this gem a few years ago but lost it through OS X uninstalls and reinstalls. I forgot what a great app it really is. I did not have this as a student
but I get much, much more than my money's worth from it, as a useful, convenient tool and a pleasant diversion away from work.
This is an indispensable item, at an absolutely incredible price. Thank you Praeter Software!

The old YP is a joke compared to this! Each of the YP apps (or whatever they were called) cost a significant amount of money and were never ported to OS X. My opinion? Who needs 'em?!

I've been using it since 1.0 and can't imagine using anything else. Keep up the awesome work Praeter!

Really great application - very useful as a reference tool for equations with a very clean interface. My compliments to the developer for spending the time to create this great app.

The uber physics program. I love it. I found a problem with having "tabbing through the interface" enabled in 10.3 (panther). If you try tabbing through the fields, you cannot enter anymore info and have to restart the app. disabling tabbing in the system prefs fixes it, though. I let the developer know of the problem and he updated the FAQ on the site immediately. Great app.
