Remote Mapper overview

Remote Mapper allows a Mac to be controlled by other devices over the local network. It is mainly targeted as an home theatre application. It listens to codes sent by devices on your network and executes series of actions defined for them. It was originally created to allow control of a Mac by iRule. It could also be used from a web browser or any application that could send http get requests. Remote Mapper comes pre-loaded with standard codes defined for the most popular Mac applications, including iTunes, DVD Player and Plex. iRule users will find a device matching these codes in iRuleBuilder.

New Action Type: send custom feedback.
Added TCP support. Note: codes on the remote device must be terminated by a carriage return/line feed (CRLF).
Added Apple Scripting support with 2 items: runcode and set feedback code to new value.
Improved HTTP GET protocol support.
Other minor improvements and bug fixes.
