For free, without installing third-party software, you can simply assign a hot corner for the screensaver, from the system preferences.
If you don't like it, or if you want screen-locking, simply open the 'Keychain Access' utility, from your 'Applications/Utilities' folder.
From the preferences, set 'Show keychain status in menu bar'. That's it, you can now lock your screen from your menu bar.

I saw a gap in functionality for OS X (no global hotkey support), and filled it. I could have given this away for free, as some of my other products....
but I have bills to pay too.
and unfortunately, Australia is not a cheap place to live, and I can't pay my rent with a smile. (I wish i could)
$2 here in Australia, will buy you a can of coke, which would provide perhaps 5mins worth of satisfaction. I think this utility (whilst very small and limited in function) is worth more than a can of coke. It certainly took me longer than 5mins to write the code/create the icon/update my website/submit it here, and to the App Store.
Please don't take this as an attack on your feedback, its not. (you are more than entitled to it) I just thought i'd provide my side of the story for a little balance.
