Am I missing something here? This feature is already available in Mac OS X, since version 10.2.
Open Keychain Access, choose "Preferences…" from the Keychain Access menu and then enable "Show keychain status in menu bar". A black keychain appears with a "Lock Screen" command inside.
Or you can either press Control+Shift+Eject, as alredy mentioned.
Any clue why LMN is actually intercepting EVERY key I press?

Keychain Access -> Preferences -> General -> Show Status in Menu Bar

and some peoples doesn't know about Keychain and some times can't set shortcut
I just put it in one place
