Fixed an issue with naming interleaved output files when sourced from split files - Fixed an issue where in some cases, an output interleaved file would retain an erroneous split file extension if the asset was composed of split files.

I didn't need anything like this until a few weeks ago...now it's indispensable. GUI needs some cleaning up however - it's a bit like staring at a stereo with too many buttons - but on the whole very useful.
