I've had this program for quite sometime and have been very satisfied. My issue is with communication. I cannot find my code and want to update my desktop copy to the paid version. Unfortunately after numerous emails I have not received any response from the developer.

I do not recommend buying this as there appears to be no tech support.

I have been satisfied with Heredis for years. Recently I decided to upgrade, but Digibuy does not recognise my input code (although they have my receipt details) and want to charge me VAT, although I live in a non-VAT area of Europe. Their replies are useless.

Love this program. I use it everyday and have been usuing Heredis for almost 2 years. It's the best Mac Geneology program out there, by a long shot! (I've tried almost all of the others). Its easy to use, graphically pleasing and fast.

The only thing that I don't like is its occasional tendancy to crash when it encounters conflicting instructions. It's easy to predict when this will happen so I can save before it quits. Other than that, its perfect. The CD / Webpages it creates are awesome!

After playing with the demo for a few hours, I have found this to be the best and easiest to use Mac genealogy freeware/shareware app for me. Entering in common information (children, spouses, parents, birth and death dates) is quick and painless. I will probably purchase the software as soon as I can get the webstore to realize Safari does accept cookies. :-)
