View/print OS X system-level logs.


LogPile is a useful utility for viewing and analysing OS X's logs. More than just a log viewer, LogPile provides users with the means for performing basic data-mining operations on these logs. Users can also use LogPile to delete a specific log file (system logs require authentication). Users can also use LogPile to reset their console.log file.

What's new in LogPile

  • The 'Edit Noise Filter' menu is now accesible at any window.
  • Support for SMTP e-mail protocol.
  • Specify whether or not to print unexpanded log entries.
  • Printing a log with selected entries fails.
  • Support for MacOS X Window menu.
  • Tooltips were not enabled at startup despite preferences settings.
