Deadline Bar overview
Deadline Bar keeps your deadlines in the Mac menu bar. The most urgent one counts down at the top of your screen; a click shows the rest, ordered by urgency and colored by the time each has left: green, then yellow, then red. Add a deadline from any app with Control-Option-D: a name, a date, Return. Tasks get a Focus timer with breaks; dates you only watch, like renewals and free trials, get reminders and repeats. Bills and subscriptions show a monthly total. No account and no tracking: your deadlines are stored on your Mac, and you can export them anytime.

Choose when each deadline turns urgent.
- Up Next puts the nearest day first; on the same day, the one you mark !!! leads.
- A task longer than 2 days turns yellow 2 days before it's due and red on its last day, at the latest.
- Choose when a deadline turns yellow and red: right-click it and choose Urgency…, or use the Urgency row in its form.
- Long forms scroll on smaller screens, so every field stays in reach.
- Other fixes and improvements.
