Trypa Lite is a menubar app, fully sandboxed, has low energy usage, and all data stays on the device, this free version supports a single trigger, so you can try out nearly of the functionality.

Need more? Go further and pass input data from your Trypa triggers directly into your shortcuts to speak trigger names or chain more complex shortcuts.

Trypa also gives Trypa functionality into your existing Mac Shortcuts, so you can access data from Trypa from within your existing workflows.
