Major Improvements

• ByteVisualizer - Visualize Bytes and Bits Graphically.
• Added the ByteVisualizer, which allows you to display one or more bytes as bits in a graphical format. Bytes and their corresponding bits can be viewed in their standard format as well as in Serial Protocol format, enabling users to observe how data is actually sent/received via the serial port. This feature is highly useful for educational purposes, offering numerous options and customization possibilities. Some features of this SerialTool module are reserved for PRO users.
• Multiple Buffer with Named Saves - Save Multiple Buffers with Custom Names
• Added the ability to assign and save multiple buffers with specific names for each, making it quicker and easier to reference them when needed.
• Serial Configuration on the Fly - Change Serial Settings Without Close/Open of the Serial Port
• Implemented the ability to change the settings of various serial ports "on the fly" without needing to close and reopen the serial port.
• Hex Edit and Real-Time Validation - Real-Time Hex Buffer Validation and Auto-Correction
• Added real-time validation of the buffer length when sending data to the serial port. Also introduced automatic correction of spaces when performing copy-paste operations in the dedicated buffer edit box.
• HexView Editor Preset Saving - Save Color Presets in HexView Editor
• Added the ability to save color presets for specific bytes of interest in the HexView editor when this feature is enabled.

• Adjusted the graphical appearance of Combo Boxes for SerialTool's official Dark and Light styles.

Bug Fixes

• Custom Baudrate Support - Fixed Custom Baudrate Support for Linux and macOS
• Fixed the configuration of custom baud rates on Linux and macOS. It is recommended to ensure that the USB-Serial converter and the operating system support custom baud rates.
• Application Position Adjustment - Application Position Restored After Monitor Disconnection
• Fixed the issue where the application would start outside the screen if the secondary monitor was disconnected since the last session.
• Now, the application is correctly repositioned to the center of the primary screen.
