Virtual Time Circuits overview
Virtual Time Circuits has a reminder feature that allows you to set a reminder that will be displayed at a date and time, i.e "Destination Time", of your choosing. You can have it popup a message or have it play an audio/video file or display both. The time displayed is 12 hour based.

Version: 2.0
I originally started with v1.0. Contacted the develpoer with a suggestion, a few days later an updated version was available! The developer was very open minded.
