v2023.7.159.0 is out. "Notable Updates - Fixed issue where client could take up to 1-2 minutes to recover connectivity instead of 1-2 seconds in the event of a service issue."

I'm curious if using this type of software might cause problems with logging into websites that provide online only email service(not pop.), or other sites where login is automatic ?

I'm not sure where people are getting their information from. Cloudflare Warp 1.1.1.1 was just updated on my M1 MacBook. They've changed their numbering scheme to a date format, and my version is showing as 2021.12.1. The Cloudflare web site is showing it as active and supported. There may be a reason it's no longer found on the App store, but I use a lot of quality programs that aren't.

The "1.1.1.1: Faster Internet" app, aka Cloudflare WARP, has been pulled from the Mac App Store. IMHO that signals it as abandonware. You can still get v1.6.27.0 from the 1.1.1.1 web page. But I wouldn't bother. I'm going to guess that it's the last version. Cloudflare has lost interest. Using 1.1.1.1, 1.1.1.2, 1.0.0.1 and 1.0.0.2... as DNS servers in macOS network settings is a crapshoot that often fails. - - I hope Cloudflare give it another go. But at this point, it's to be avoided. Sad.

I wish we still had editing ability (and formatting) here at MU. If we did, I'd pull my review below. WHY? Because recent versions of WARP have been awful. That includes v1.6.27.0. I dumped WARP for the time being, having become sick of constant: "IPC Error. Retrying connection to daemon." There is no solution. I dug deep for it. I dumped it. Instead, I DIY setup my Mac's DNS to use their DNS servers, skipping out of WARP until they fix it again. That OR I may find I have an older working copy in my collection. It used to work. I used to give it 5 stars. Now it gets 1.
