I've long liked to use the Mac's excellent display capabilities to customize my desktop. Sadly, a lot of the programs out there are no longer supported, or don't work well with newer CPUs and displays. With macOS Ventura, one can now select different folders and different change intervals for each Mission Control space, which is nice, but that means having to keep multiple folders up to date. Plash grabs images (I used the Unsplash script I found on the GitHub page), but only updates a single space. OK, with multiple spaces, I can have one that I don't have to make a lot of adjustments to, and so far, every image I've pulled fills my screen nicely and renders the detail perfectly. Kudos to the author! Nice little FREE utility!

Plash is a great little app. It is similar in fashion and function to the old "Daydreamer" app. One thing that is lacking in Plash is the ability to automatically save to disk the satellite images that I have it download from the Internet. I use these images to make animations in the "ffWorks" app.
