GlitchUp allows you to apply glitch art effects to your images. Instead of just being a set of glitch filters, this software has a couple of (un)intentional bugs, allowing experimentation. By activating the 'superglitch' mode, you will trigger an interesting bug in the GlitchUp algorithm, enabling you to create unexpected visual results (effects piling up, cancel doesn't really cancel the effect, etc.). Use it at your own risk. Future updates will include additional effects and (hopefully) a custom script language that will allow you to create and share your own glitch algorithms. Input images should be between 100 and 6000 pixels on any axis. It saves images in original size in .jpeg format at maximum quality.
