I have to use this for work. After a year and a half I have to write a review. This is the worst messaging app I have ever used.
It constantly deletes message strings with people randomly.
Many times people don’t get a message the first time I send it and have to send it again.
The conversations are all split up in the message pane - it randomly creates a new conversation instead of threading it with the last one.
Message logs are not properly saved.
In the latest update the emoji pane disappeared from the message field.
There are far less preferences in the Mac version than on Windows.
Video connections are spotty.
I am sure I am missing a couple things, but that’s just what I notice every day.
I don’t understand why there has to be a different version for “business” especially when the business version is less professional than the regular version.

So many features present in the Windows version aren't implemented in the macOS version. And even those that are have been effected using a totally different UI.
