I've had a chance to examine the free version of Letters and the app is full of bugs too numerous to mention. They obviously haven't tested it properly or they would have found the problems themselves. The app contains some nice type effects, but the flaws make it problematic at best. I certainly wouldn't pay for a sample until and unless they get the bugs out. I corresponded a bit with their technical support, but they seemed incapable of understanding what I was saying. Not promising. A good idea poorly executed.

Another problem has cropped up. I cannot figure out how to edit text. I can select the text box, but cannot select the text in the box to edit it. I sent an e-mail to the technical support address listed in the program and it bounced. Not good. I was going to comment about what a good selection of fonts and designs are included in the free version, but it doesn't matter how good they are if I cannot use them. That being the case I certainly would not purchase any of the in-app designs. I will refrain from posting a review of the app in the hope that a solution is available that I have somehow overlooked.
