Macropedia overview

Macropedia is the macro calculator designed specifically for the ketogenic diet.

Features:
  • Search over 8,000 foods in 25 food groups.
    This large selection of foods is categorized into 25 food groups. Simply select or deselect individual food groups to suit your tastes. The free trial is limited to 5 food groups.
  • View macronutrient profiles accurate to 0.1 grams.
    The macronutrient profile includes protein, carbohydrate and fat. The types of carbohydrate (fiber, sugar) and types of fat (saturated, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated) are also available for most foods.
  • Sort foods by individual macronutrient, or from most to least ketogenic.
    Sort foods by protein, carbohydrate or fat; or according to your prefered diet: Dietary Guidelines, Classic Ketogenic (4:1), Modified Ketogenic (3:1), or Modified Atkins (1:1).
  • Calculate the macronutrient profile and ratio of any combination of foods.
    Enter any combination of foods, set the amounts according to your favorite recipes, and the calculator automatically tallies the total macronutrient content and ratios.
