  • Keyboard Shortcuts: Handy keyboard shortcuts for things like liking and disliking tracks.
  • Now Playing: Supports the now playing "Today" widget in macOS 10.12.2+
  • Touch Bar: Control YT Music from the touch bar with buttons and scrub bar.
  • Notifications: System notifications when a new track starts playing.

What's new in YT Music

Version 1.0.6:
  • Changed a few things in this release and it now targets 10.11 for those of you still rocking El Capitan (though you really should think about upgrading at some point ?). This version also adds support for the native media center added in macOS 10.12.2. This means that the Today widget in Notification Center and the media center on Touch Bar devices now fully works!

I was looking at the description, and it doesn't mention requiring a YouTube Premium subscription. I thought YouTube music was a paid service, or am I misunderstanding here? I've had YouTube red for about a year, and then was upgraded to Premium, when Google changed. I thought seeing YouTube music as a part of that subscription. Pleas correct me, if I have my information incorrect.
